Italian!! or perhaps it would be a booklover's cafe...with lots of dark roast coffee and very good tea.

Yarn, of course! And fabric for small quilting projects. And needlework supplies...and books to go with, of course.

3. ...wrote a book, what genre would it be?

Actually, I'm compiling a book of my father's letters from WWII...his letters home to my mother...

4. ...ran a school, what would you teach?

English -- composition and literature; Drama; handwork (knitting, spinning, weaving, sewing, quilting, needle arts)...

5. ...recorded an album, what kind of music would be on it?

Bach...the Goldberg Variations...and/or Southern Gospel...
