HERE

is where I am. Now. Today.  I feel as if I've opened a door and I'm standing on the threshold, blinking in the sunshine, having spent a decade or more in a dark room with no windows.

One step at a time, I'm moving forward into that light, stiffly, like one just up from sleeping, cramped.  It's scary and inviting, all at once.

Balance -- I must remember this: rest some, pray some, work some, study some, play some.  It is time.

Right outta nowhere

You open your heart

And let go of everything

You’re going somewhere

And all you need to know

Is that you’re free to go

Dream and the way will be clear

Pray and the angels will hear

Leap and the net will appear
