Racing to the Finish(ing) Line...

Once again it's Christmastime. How I can be completely blindsided by a holiday that happens on the same day each year is absolutely beyond me...

Nonetheless, I mailed the last of the Christmas cards while on my walk this morning, and I'm about to set to on the quilt I'm making for my Dear Sis. I've decided that as it's flannel, composed of squares and rectangles, and destined for her country cottage, that I'll tie it rather than quilt it on my machine (tying in something I can do while watching Christmas specials on television) -- but first I have to pin the quilt sandwich together!!

I also have to finish sewing 2 hoodies, finish the Samus sleeve, finish a pair of fingerless gloves, and make a pillowcase in which to wrap my DS' gift...

Hup-two-three-four...!!!
